1. Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from 1Mart. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment or store credit. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, and software. Sale items are also non-refundable.

4. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
