According to AliExpress policy I should refund my money back as one month pass before I received my parcel. Even if I received the parcel I can keep it with the refund.
I opened the dispute after 30 days, however I received the laptop without paying any extra fees. The GS shipping company has very bad communication. Finally I closed the dispute despite the fact that I could receive the refund.
